Personalized Pieces
Creating a custom piece of jewelry is a truly special experience for both the customer and our team. We have the privilege of hearing the stories behind the most meaningful moments in life and helping transform them into something to cherish for a lifetime. From the very beginning, we work closely with our customers to ensure every detail reflects your vision. The process starts with hand-drawn sketches, followed by a 3D CAD model that brings the design to life before it's carefully crafted by our expert jewelers. Every step is thoughtfully completed with precision, artistry, and the same care that inspired the piece in the first place.
Multi Shape Engagement Ring
An engagement ring is one of the most treasured pieces of jewelry a person will own. It represents a promise, a new beginning, and a love story unlike any other. Because of its significance, every detail should reflect the couple who will cherish it for a lifetime.
These stunning multi-shape engagement rings began as a previously owned bridal set brought to Kimball's Jewelers to be reimagined into something deeply personal. Our team worked closely with the customer to understand their vision before taking precise measurements and carefully planning every detail of the redesign.
Our custom jewelry expert, Michaela, translated that vision into hand-drawn sketches, thoughtfully modifying the original design to create a more seamless and elegant setting. Additional prongs were incorporated between the oval and pear-shaped diamonds to enhance both the beauty and security of each stone while preserving the ring's timeless character.
The finished collection features two extraordinary engagement rings. The first showcases a breathtaking 3.150-carat combination of oval and pear-shaped diamonds, creating a graceful silhouette with remarkable brilliance. The second is a striking composition of mixed 1.540 carats diamond shapes. including marquise, emerald, and other fancy cuts. Together, these one-of-a-kind designs honor the history of the original set while beginning a beautiful new chapter, proving that cherished heirlooms can be transformed into heirlooms for generations to come.
Honor and Service Ring
Among our most meaningful custom creations is this all-metal FBI pin ring, a piece designed to honor a lifetime of service and dedication from 1991 to 2021. After years spent protecting and serving communities as an FBI agent, this retired agent’s family wanted to give him something to carry that legacy with him every day. Serving in the FBI for 30 years is an extraordinary accomplishment and this ring is celebrating the dedication and sacrifice during those years.
Using the original FBI pin awarded throughout his career, our team transformed a symbol of commitment and sacrifice into a timeless piece of jewelry. All throughout the ring is something from his years of service. Every inch is made to tell part of his story, from the time he started and retired, and the recognitions received. All the engravings in the ring are not only a part of this agent's story but they honor and celebrate him and his journey. More than a ring, this custom creation represents decades of service, the impact made along the way, and a story that will continue to be carried forward for generations.
Forever Love Band
Created with love, remembrance, and intention, this custom diamond ring was designed to honor a cherished life and a love that continues beyond time. After the passing of their wife, this customer wanted to create a meaningful way to preserve the memories and connection they shared. There is a story behind every custom piece and this story is filled with love, family, legacy and cherishment.
Using the diamonds and gemstones from the wedding ring, our team transformed a treasured symbol of their marriage into five custom rings, one for each of their children to carry forward. Each piece holds a part of their story, preserving the love, memories, and moments that shaped their family. Taking the stones from the original ring was a way to give each child a piece of something to hold close to their heart and keep with them for years to come.
More than jewelry, these rings serve as a lasting reminder that the most meaningful pieces are the ones that carry the stories of those we love.

Some of Knoxville's most beautiful landscapes were shaped by time. The city's historic marble quarries, now filled with deep blue waters and surrounded by lush evergreens, stand as a reminder that nature has a way of transforming the past into something extraordinary.
Inspired by these iconic quarry waters, our Marble & Moss ring features a rich London blue topaz that reflects their striking depth, while sparkling diamonds add light and brilliance to the design. Set in 18K yellow gold and framed with diamonds, this one of a kind ring honors the charming scenery within Knoxville. Created as a tribute to one of Knoxville's most treasured landscapes, Marble & Moss celebrates the beauty, history, and enduring spirit of East Tennessee.
Laurel Dawn Watermelon Tourmaline and Diamond Designer Ring
The Great Smoky Mountains are a landscape painted by nature, with vibrant greens, cherry blossom pinks, crimson reds, and sunset oranges transforming the scenery throughout the seasons. From the fresh, bright colors of spring to the rich, enchanting tones of fall, East Tennessee is always evolving with color and life.
Inspired by the blooming landscapes of Knoxville, this one-of-a-kind watermelon tourmaline ring was designed in-house to capture the spirit of spring in the Smokies. The vivid pink center, surrounded by refreshing lime green, reflects the delicate blossoms and flourishing leaves that fill the mountains during the season of renewal.
Pink and green have long been a timeless pairing found throughout nature—a reminder of flowers in bloom, trees coming to life, and the beauty of new beginnings. This custom creation celebrates the colors that make spring in Tennessee unforgettable and preserves a moment when the landscape is at its brightest.
