At Kimball’s Jewelers, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we offer. If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, we want to make the return process as effortless as possible.
Eligibility
- You may return most items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
- Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging.
- Custom-made or personalized jewelry cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect; please contact our team for assistance.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our team at (865) 584-0026 / sales@kimballsjewelers.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning your item.
- Please include the RA number with your return. Returns received without an RA number may be delayed or declined.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method to protect your return.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of receipt and approval.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for another size, style, or metal type, please bring your item to the store or contact us. Availability may vary.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your purchase arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost.
