How can I contact customer service?

Give us a call at the store for any customer service questions. Kimball’s is open Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We’re closed on Sundays and Mondays. Holiday and special events may adjust these hours.

Do you offer warranties or guarantees?

Yes! We stand behind the quality of our jewelry.

Do you have a loyalty or rewards program?

Not at this time.

May I speak to a manager?

Absolutely! Ask for our general manager, Alexander, when you call the store.
