All repairs are performed in-house by our skilled artisans and gemologists, who can handle everything from repairing a complete break in a recently purchased piece, to reshanking and refinishing your grandmother’s antique engagement ring.

At Kimball’s, we use the latest technologies for every type of jewelry repair on location in Knoxville. We utilize laser welding, sandblasting, and engraving, and can repair or replace any size or shape of stone. Our experts are able to perform major repairs to your jewelry that other jewelers simply cannot.

On top of this, we provide a six-month warranty on all repairs. For most pieces, our repair delivery cycle is approximately one week, so you won’t be without your favorite jewelry for long!

Does your favorite piece need some sprucing up? We offer on-site, complimentary cleaning and inspection with any piece of jewelry—regardless of where the piece was purchased.

On most occasions, cleaning can be done the same day.
