• A 30-day exchange/refund for unaltered/unworn merchandise*
• A one-year warranty on any purchase, covering any manufacturing defects
• An additional one-year warranty on all Rolex timepieces beyond the manufacturer’s two-year warranty, for a total of three years
• A six-month warranty on all repairs

* Once a warranty card is filled out, a piece is considered pre-owned and cannot be returned.
